Tennis Elbow (clinically known as lateral epicondylitis) causes pain around the outside of the elbow.
It typically occurs after overuse of the muscles near the elbow joint.
The elbow pain is cause by repetitive strain injury of over doing the same activity. Normally tennis elbow will get better without treatment but there are options to speed up your recovery and improve the symptoms. We can help !
Our team of experts will show you ways to improve and strengthen the damaged muscle. You will need to rest your injured arm and stop doing the activity that's caused it until it has properly healed.
If the case is more severe then physiotherapy will be recommended to help your arm. This will include massaging and manipulation of the area in pain to help relieve it and so that you can boost movements within the arm.
