Community Physio Ltd. is a professional community-based physiotherapy company providing treatment at home and specialising in neurophysiotherapy and falls prevention and balance.
We provide a personalised treatment and recovery service for people of all ages, including the elderly, injured and pre/post operative in their own homes.
The company was established in 2018 by Diane Hollingworth to provide specialist physiotherapy rehabilitation. As shown below, we are members of the HCPC, AACP and CSP which are the professional legal registrations and union bodies within our field of service.
Diane Hollingworth
Diane qualified as a Physiotherapist from Salford University since September 1997 where she obtained a BSc Honours Degree. She has also studied at master’s level in Neurological Physiotherapy and practices Acupuncture.
Her 20 years + experience in the NHS has provided her with an extensive knowledge base and she has been a Clinical Team Leader, in Neurological, Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedic, Care of the elderly and Community Based Physiotherapy, which encompasses a wide variety of conditions.
Diane has worked in acute, rehabilitation and community settings, including nursing homes, gyms and days centres.
She works holistically and enabling her clients to manage their condition and reach their goals. Combining approaches ranging from normal movement, functional exercises, stability exercises, balance and falls prevention, vestibular, joint mobilisations and she is able to offer advice on certain orthotics. Therefore, she tailors your programme/ treatment that is individual to you.
Many of you already know Diane in the local area and she is now able to offer Community-Physiotherapy privately in your own home, residential/nursing home, gym or day centre.
